MEMBERSHIP CANCELLATION POLICY
The cancellation procedure that is used has been set up in order to protect our members and ensure that cancellation requests are handled properly and timely. Cancellations can be made by phone, fax or email by member or credit card holder. Refunds will be credited back to the original credit card used for payment. There are no refunds for 3 month memberships, yearly memberships are refunded quarterly.
TRAINING CLASSES CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
You can cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours before the class starts. Cancellation less than 24 hours before the class starts is not allowed and the cost of the class is not refundable. This policy will not be waived.
